Open Source 22.6 GHz RF Signal Generator (DSG-22.6GHz)

DSG-22.6 GHz : Low-cost open-source RF signal generator to 22.6 GHz, with excellent harmonic suppression, USB power & touch screen.
Project Description
DSG-22.6GHZ is a compact, high-performance RF source designed to meet the needs of modern test and measurement applications across a wide frequency spectrum. Covering a continuous range from 300 MHz to 22.6 GHz with 1 Hz tuning resolution, this device delivers precision and flexibility in a highly portable form factor. Engineered for versatility and ease of use, the signal generator features a capacitive touchscreen interface and supports output power levels from 15 dBm to -50 dBm adjustable in 1 dB steps. The signal generator has filtered and unfiltered output options. It has guaranteed 40 dBc harmonic level up to 0 dBm output. The unit is powered through a standard USB Type-C interface (5V, 1.5A), making it suitable for both bench-top and field use. Optional support for a 10 MHz external reference input ensures compatibility with precision timing systems.
