Un héliostat est un appareil capable de suivre le mouvement du soleil ou d’une autre étoile. Celui-ci permet de capter tout le temps un maximum de lumière solaire, de photographier en cascade une planète ou même de poursuivre un satellite pour une réception optimale. Ce projet consiste en un héliostat simple à deux servomoteurs pilotés par ordinateur.
