Idex Nominations

The WEEF INDEX is a list of the most inspiring ethical influencers in and around the field of electronics. The list will recognize the contributions and efforts of ethics-minded engineers, CEOs, students, journalists, scientists, politicians, PR managers (e.g., SDG, PR, and ethics), activists, and entrepreneurs. The main criteria for making the list: Did the individual make an ethical impact between November 2021 and November 2022?

Ready to nominate someone? Simply fill out the online INDEX nomination form. The final list of up to 100 nominees will be published during WEEF 2022 on November 15, 2022, at electronica in Munich, Germany. The nominees will be listed in alphabetical order without a ranking. The Program Committee will also select one stand-out influencer to receive the 2022 WEEF AWARD.

Call for Contributors

WEEF 2022 starts on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 10.00 CET at electronica in Munich. Head over to hall B3.540 to attend in person. If you can't attend the 2022 event in person, you can watch us online. 

Want to participate? Tell the committee about your suggestions for speakers and discussion topics! Let us also know if you want to give a speech, contribute a video, or join a debate about ethical electronics.
